How to track your KONBIT order
You do not need an account to follow your order. You only need your order number and the email you used at checkout.
Track in three steps
- Open the Track your order page at konbitdigital.com/track.
- Enter your order number and the email you used. Both are in your confirmation email.
- See your order status and, once the parcel ships, the tracking number and a tracking link.
What the statuses mean
- Order received: your payment was confirmed.
- Confirmed and Preparing: the order is being prepared for shipment (1 to 3 business days).
- On its way: the parcel has shipped and has a tracking number.
- Delivered: the parcel arrived.
If the tracking number is not there yet
The tracking number appears after the parcel ships, not at the moment you pay. If your order is still Preparing after a few days, that is normal. Contact KONBIT support if you have questions.
