Before the order ships
You can cancel an order for free as long as it has not yet been sent to the supplier. Contact KONBIT support with your order number as soon as possible.
After the order ships
You can ask to return a product within 14 days of receiving it if it is unused and in its packaging. The cost of sending it back is paid by the buyer.
Your refund
Refunds go back to the same card you paid with, within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
