How to order and pay on KONBIT

Order in four steps
- Find a product in the Marketplace and choose any options such as size or color.
- Add it to your cart and enter your delivery address.
- Check the shipping cost and the estimated delivery time shown before you pay.
- Pay by card. You receive a confirmation email with your order number.
After you pay
Your order is prepared in 1 to 3 business days. When it ships, you receive a tracking number by email.
Customs and import taxes
Some countries may charge import taxes when the parcel arrives. These are paid by the buyer.
Make sure your address is right
A parcel returned because of a wrong address can have new shipping costs to send again, so check your address before paying.
