1. What KONBIT is

KONBIT is a tool that lets independent sellers create an online store, list products and receive orders. Each store is run by its seller, and KONBIT is not the seller of those stores’ own products. Products marked “Worldwide shipping” are KONBIT products: KONBIT sells and ships them, including when you buy them through another store or a promoter’s store (see section 3).

2. Payments and delivery

Buyers pay sellers directly using the payment methods each seller lists (for example MonCash, Zelle or cash). For those payments KONBIT never receives or holds money. When a store accepts cards, the card payment is processed by Stripe; Stripe sends the seller their share and KONBIT keeps a fee that depends on the seller’s plan (3% Free, 1% Pro, 0% Business), plus any Share & Earn commission. Delivery, returns and refunds are the seller’s responsibility, under the store’s own policies and the consumer laws that apply.

3. KONBIT products and worldwide shipping

KONBIT products are paid by card and shipped by KONBIT with a tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated for the buyer’s country and shown before payment; customs duties, if any, are paid by the buyer. Delivery times, returns and refunds follow the Shipping & returns policy. Stores that list KONBIT products set their own price and keep the difference after KONBIT’s price and fees; they do not ship those orders.

3b. Buying without an account

You can pay by card with only an email address. Your order is then linked to that email, and moves to your account if you later sign up with the same email. Keep your order number and email to track the order.

3c. Seller responsibilities

Sellers must be at least 18 years old. Sellers must give accurate product information and prices, only sell items they are allowed to sell, respect other people’s trademarks and copyrights, and answer their customers. Adult, illegal, counterfeit or dangerous products are not allowed.

4. Plans

The Free plan is free. Paid plans (Pro, Business) add more products, templates and tools. Paid plans are billed by card through Stripe every month, every 3 months or every year, and renew automatically until you cancel from “Manage subscription”. When a plan ends, the store returns to Free without deleting products or orders.

5. Share & Earn

Sellers may offer a commission on products. A promoter earns 80% of that commission (KONBIT keeps 20%) when a customer who used the promoter’s link pays by card within 30 days. Commissions are cancelled if the order is refunded, and never apply to the promoter’s own purchases or store. Promoters are paid through Stripe once their earned balance reaches $25.

6. AI tools

Sellers can use AI (powered by Claude) to draft product listings and store details. AI suggestions can be wrong: sellers must review and are responsible for everything they publish. AI use is limited by a monthly number of credits that depends on the plan.

7. Reports and removal

Anyone can report a store or product. KONBIT may hide products or suspend stores that break these terms.
