What we store

Your email address (to sign you in), the store and product information sellers publish, and order details buyers enter at checkout (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, address, notes). You can buy by card without an account: we then keep the email you entered with the order so we can send your confirmation and tracking. Payment proof images are private: only the buyer, the seller and the KONBIT admin can open them.

What we do not store

No passwords (sign-in uses a one-time email code or Google). No card numbers, PINs or bank passwords: card payments and payout accounts are handled entirely by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy. Visit counters do not store IP addresses or names.

Who sees your information

When you place an order, the seller of that store sees the details you entered so they can deliver it. For products shipped by KONBIT, your name, address and phone are also shared with our shipping supplier only to deliver the parcel. Order emails are sent through our email provider (Resend). We do not sell your data.

Emails

We send emails about your orders (confirmation, shipping, delivery) and your account. They are not marketing. If you subscribe to deals, you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email.
