Yes. The Free plan never expires: 5 active products, 5 templates, orders and WhatsApp. Upgrade only when you need more.
How do I pay for a plan?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) on the Stripe page. The plan turns on right away and renews automatically every month, 3 months or year, as you choose.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Click "Manage subscription" on this page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your store returns to Free without losing products or orders.
What happens to my products if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 5 active products, you choose which stay visible; the rest wait until you upgrade again.
Does KONBIT take a cut of my sales?
Yes, a small fee per sale: 3% on Free, 1% on Pro, 0% on Business, plus Stripe's card fee. The rest goes to your bank account automatically.
