Frequently asked questions
Do I need a store to earn?
No. Anyone with a KONBIT account can share products and earn commissions.
When does a commission count?
When someone who clicked your link buys the product and pays by card within 30 days. If the customer is refunded, the commission is cancelled.
How do I get paid?
Connect a free Stripe account. When your earned commissions reach $25, KONBIT sends them to your Stripe account automatically, and Stripe deposits them to your bank once a month.
How much do I earn per sale?
You get 80% of the commission the seller offers; KONBIT keeps 20% to cover payment fees. The percentages and amounts on this page are already your share.
What is the $5 bonus?
It's a launch offer for the first 100 promoters. When your first sale is paid by card, KONBIT adds $5 to your balance on top of your commission. It's sent with your next payout.
How do I level up?
It's free. Every card sale from your links or your store counts. Starter: 20 products, 5 templates. Rising (5 sales): 50 products, 15 templates. Pro (25 sales): 100 products, 25 templates. Elite (100 sales): 200 products, every template, and you keep 85% of the commission instead of 80%.
I'm in Haiti, can I join?
Stripe isn't available in Haiti yet. You need a bank account in a country Stripe supports (US, Canada, France…).
Can I earn on my own purchases?
No. Commissions don't count on your own purchases or on your own store's products.
